At last I'm back home and what a ride it's been! I've finally broken the 100km barrier something that has been tantalisingly close for quite some time - I am amazed, impressed and very very tired!
Today was also the first time I've rode in a big group around the practice area - normally they simply outride me and I fall off the end of the group but this time I was able to keep up and jockey for places at the front! Again I'm suitably pleased with myself!
Right now I'm going to try and eat some noodles, have a shower and go get a massage! Winner.
