Legs roasted from excess running yesterday - it's all good though - I did think the 100 sit-ups would have hurt more - seems you never can tell...

It's amazing the things that happen right under your nose - this scene was happening about 100 yards from one of my customer's factory! The guys were on good dirt bikes too! :)
