Okay so today I'm cheating - I'm not infact blogging while I job, nor am I actually jogging or even mobile blogging... Okay so perhaps I could do with explaining myself!
I've started jogging obviously not right this minute - that would look strange in a 15th floor office but for the second time this week I've been getting my body used to the idea of doing something other than cycling! Actually jogging isn't the word - that implies some slow-motion form of transportation - no - I'm talking about running - 10kph stylee!
Needless to say, my legs aren't entirely happy with the idea of running - I've trained them so far to be the perfect cycling machine and now I'm asking them to consider running too - their answer? Pain!
Thankfully there are one or two massage salons happy to straighten things out again - so to speak!
Once I've got my body on the running and cycling vibe I will turn my attention to breathing - it's critical and often overlooked - I need to grab a Power Breather device from my local cycle shop and start training my lungs to get more oxygen into my body and hence get my muscles much needed supplies.
After all that I'll consider swimming again - that really will be the killer but as they say "what doesn't kill me, makes me stronger!"
More running tonight at my local park - assuming I finish work at a reasonable hour!
